tune [frequency] [mode]
	Tune the given frequency.
scan [band] [starting freq] : 1=Band-III, 2=L-Band, 3=Canada-L-Band(default), 4=Korea-Band-III
	Tune the first available frequency on the choosen band beginning at the starting freq.
